Puffy areas on nose after rhinoplasty that are not due to swelling

I have had several rhinoplasties and after a gortex removal on the bridge, I now have several puffy areas on the nose (not where the implant was). I had a larger bump which seems to be harder then these puffy areas from a prior surgery that is still there. The plastic surgeons don't seem to know why. I have thick skin and have had several surgeries. The last surgery to remove an implant has left me with several puffy areas which change the appearance of my nose. These are not due to swelling. Do you know what these are from and how they can be corrected?

Without seeing you and examining and feeling your nose, its hard to say what the issues are. Many times, in revision cases, only during surgery will the answers reveal themselves. (more)
