Are Silicone implants an option for breast reconstructin after radiotherapy?
After a left mastectomy my partner has been through 6 cycles of chemo and 5 weeks of radio and we are currently looking at options for reconstruction. what is advised Tram Flap of Implants

However, there are pros and cons of using certain flaps versus implants. When you use flaps, there could be donor site complications. Consider all your options carefully and have a few consults with different board certified plastic surgeons. (less) |
