Breast Implants for Larger Natural Breasts

I am 22, 34DD bra size 125 weight. I have had one consultation and did not get the answer I wanted. I want breast implants to achieve a perkier and rounder look. I do not want a breast lift because of scarring. Is there another way you know of to have implants and the look I want ? I have heard of removing natural breast tissue to make room for an implant? My breasts are large so they are not perky but not too saggy.

Thank You

You are already large breasted DD, 125 lb.
To make the breast perky you need a BREAST LIFT. Taking out breat tissue will make your breast more droopy. Breast implants may lift a little (more)
