Is subcilliary or transconjuctival better to address lower skin wrinkling without a lot of bags or puffiness? Is it safe to have done under local ?

Transconjunctival blepharoplasty does not address loose skin - it simply address the fat pockets from inside the eyelid where the scar is hidden. Subciliary can be used to address skin (more)

There are two approaches
1: subcilliary incision will remove the excess skin, and deal with the herniated fat. It also will have the opportunity to tighten the lower lid if need be (more)
