What can I have done to fix my face?

These are the things that I dont like when I look in the mirror: I have a high forehead & it is full of lines, even between my eyebrows. My eyebrows are too low,My upper eyelids have excess skin & it also pulls down on the outside of the eyes.My lower eyelids have loose, thin, crepey skin that wrinkles when I smile(all underneath & on the outer sides.)They also look hollow BUT at the same time they seem to have a big bulge on the lower lids,(you can see it really good from the side view)Why do I have both? My face is anything BUT tight & my face doesnt have any volume in it.I have deep folds by my nose & mouth & chin.I dont even have to smile & I can still see them.I have fat hanging under my chin & jowls. I have no profile what so ever because of it. If I lean over my face looks really weird & disfigured. As far as my lips go,I had them tattooed with permanent makeup(lined filled)like 10 years ago.She messed them up so bad, they were way uneven to the point that she ended up having to make them way bigger than they actually were. Now however they are much thinner but my ACTUAL LIPS are not as big as they seem.Other than that they are wrinkled looking & look deflated. My skin complexion is rough & uneven looking.I have a brown patch, red dots, red patches, big pores and acne scars.I also have very sensitive skin. I also always thought my face was way to small & wandered if I got a jaw implant if it would help my face look better.I need to know what can be done to fix all of this ~ please! Thank you!

If you can provide a photo from the front, it is better to get a more complete evaluation about your case.
