Fleur de Lis or Vertical Incision?

Hi, I have had different suggestions from consultants. Based on my pictures would you say that I would need to have a T incision for best results? One Ps has suggested the possibility of a short T just from under the belly button...I would really prefer to just have the vertical, but if the results won't be good then I will consider the T - confused, please help...
