Fat injection in scoop of nose

I had fat injections in my ski-sloped nose. I only wanted it in the scooped part but my doctor filled my entire bridge. My nose looks really wide, one side more than the other. I'm 8 days post op and hoping this is just swelling. Is it possible that the fat migrated from my bridge down to the sides of my nose? What should I do to "thin" my nose back down to normal?

Fortunately the fat injection deformity can be remove easily by continuous pressure with a splint or your fingers in the 3 first months of the procedure.
