Thighplasty what is the best procedure for me?

I have recently had body contouring done after weight loss of 65 lbs. I stll would like to lose 25 more lbs. While planning my thighplasty my Surgeon said I needed the procedure that has the incisions medial thighs to groin.Staring at my knees. Now I am 1 week out and I still have hanging skin upper thigh back by my buttocks. When I pull up on my buttocks it gives me a good space between my legs.
Do I have to have that redone now because he chose the wrong procedure for me? Also, do you think I will start "hanging" again if I lose 25 more lbs?
I have one areola oval shapped and one round I am 3 months out with that. This is suppose to be a world renown Dr in plastic surgery. Do the Dr's "Fellows" do some of their work?
