I would suggest finding a derm that is not pushing lasers as those are the derms who are more willing to use liquid nitrogen (cyrogen freeze the brown spot off) therapy to treat brown spots. They spray with really cold spray and the spot later peels off. I had that for a brown spot but the brown spot was not from laser.
