can be done, but don't expect a "lift" from that procedure, even if laser is used. Many plastic surgeons, by the way, won't use a laser on the breast, as the longterm effects haven't been studied (link to later breast disease or breast cancer?). Your 40-pound weight loss tells me your skin quality may not be the best, and you may benefit from a true breast reduction with lift. Please be sure you see a surgeon who is Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, not a "cosmetic surgeon."

I guess what I should have mentioned is that while I lost weight everywhere else, the size in that one spot hasnt changed at all - the real intent of losing weight was in the hope everything shrunk and while all my other bits and bobs are now in pretty good shape, the boobs arent. I think the skin quality is pretty good so want to try avoid the slow recovery of traditional surgery. am looking for a PS in DC/VA/MD who can do it the less invasive way. I'm a 42DD and ideally want to be a 36B or C - is that a fair request? if i'm doing this i want it to be a one off done deal and not something im upset about because they're not as small as i want!
