PLS Help ASAP-Had TTw Lipo to Abs flanks. Had complications. Is the PS held accountable to fix it?
tummy tuck

I had a mini tt w lipo. His explaination would be the hybird tt. Mini scar but tightening all the way up. I had developed fluid on my lungs. When I sneezed, I felt intense burning, and felt a pop. I then got an infection and lower right abs became so swollen it tore the incision and it started to abcess.Needed antibiotics. Each time having to go to the ER or Family Dr. because PS was on vacation. He was aware of the pressure tearing my abs but did nothing at that time. I also have a pseudobursa in that area and around the belly button. And a big lump in my right side. Also, I had paid for lipo to the flanks which were to take away the back fat. I have this big glob of fat on one side of my back, and a med glob on the other, not to mention that my upper abs do not look toned or flat, at all. Terrible scarring, divits, lumps, a pot belly, globs of fat, scar tissue under BB area that "really" hurts when I get my period. ect. Can anyone advise me on what went wrong, and what my PS is accountable for? I spent over $9000.00, for "quality", and this is the nightmare I got.

Thanks for the excellent history written and photographic. Sorry for your issues. My first impression is you had a poorly preformed operation and very poor after care, no attention to (more)
