I broke an implant do to an accident. I downsized from 480cc to 370cc...my breasts are 3 days post op and are soft..the stitches around the nipple are really tight so there is a dent below each nipple...I am afraid they will heal like this...deformed. also they are swelling out the top of the sports bra..is that ok? When can I raise my arms to wash hair and blowdry??
