Gone Wrong? Scalloped Bumpy Edges!

Day seven post op and I'm very worried the stitches were tied too tight. I am left with unnatural looking edges, I can't see this going down in a few months, its pretty severe. Should I get a revision?

ONLY 7 days!!! Looks quite good to me from your expertly posted photo. Give yourself more time like 2 months. Did not the surgeon explain the healing phase to you in an informed consent? (more)
