Is there any surgery which can whiten the whole body?

I am an Asian with a wheatish skin type and I am interested in knowing if there is any type of surgery or bleaching method available which can whiten the whole body.

There are various bleaching procedures that are conducted in India for this purpose. It is true that a glowing light skin-tone is possible, but beware...you will have to part with hard-earned cash!
Procedure Basics: Patient is to bathe in solution made of Hydrocholic Acid & Sulfuric Acid for up to 30 mins, then patient is transferred to a steam room for about 15 mins, finally Hydroquinone is applied to the skin.
Risks: There is no risk to this procedure, however some discomfort may be felt.
cost: $ 15,000
