I am only 28 yrs old... i stared feeling the twitch 2mths ago.. it feels like the top eyelid is being pulled tight when the twitch happens. i am so worrid. My eye doc is later next month. I asked the ps if i can get them removed..sutures.. he said he wouldnt want to do that to me coz then i will have a owl look... he performed a bilateral canthpexy.. other ps i asked online stated i shouldnt have the owl look if he hasnt removed skin.. and my ps said he hasnt removed any skin.. so what do you think happened? do you think its twitcching coz of the canthopexy?? and if the sutures gets removed will my eye go back to a normal shape? and if not what can be done? and is it maybe possible that i may just need glasses??? resting ones???? and do you think the twitch is permanent///.. will botox do the trick??? if performed .... i just want the twitch to goooo... its a very slight twitch but my eyes get tired and i can feel it.. and i know it looks crazy to other people!!!! i dont want people to wonder what happened to me with the twitch! i hate this look... please advice meee on thisssss........... pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i also now have dry eye syndrom to make it worse...............

This frequently asked questions section is opened to everyone and you need to set up an account with Makemeheal before you can ask your own question. This service is absolutely free and is available to those who are interested in learning more about a particular cosmetic procedure, treatment or product.

Before asking a question, we recommend you to browse through our existing collection of questions and answers to ensure that the question you want to ask have not already been answered by our highly experienced experts. This will help you save time and get an answer more quickly. When asking a new question, we recommend you to be very detailed so that our experts could formulate a more precise & professional answer.

Of course, this service is not a substitute for a doctor visit or a consultation with a plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist. The answer you will find here only serve as initial directions of thoughts and not as specific instructions. You should remember that it is utterly important to consult a skilled specialist prior to scheduling any type of treatment in order to get acquainted with possible contraindications. Only a one-on-one meeting will enable your cosmetic surgeon to properly evaluate your condition, conduct examinations and explain their results.
