bad acne

I am 16 yrs old and for the past two months my acne have gotten worse.More acne have shown up and now the are painful to touch.On my right side have more acne than my left and I have been getting acne the looks like rash.I have oily skin and I have been using neutrogena but its not working.I also used clean and clear but did not work.plz help
