It is difficult to say without seeing you what the problem is. However, in general if the tip is looking wider than prior to surgery either the surgery resulted in scar tissue

Hi Trixa,
It is difficult to say without seeing you what the problem is. However, in general if the tip is looking wider than prior to surgery either the surgery resulted in scar tissue which makes things look more full or perhaps a graft was placed during surgery. Either way surgery could be done to remove scar or grafts that are resulting in the wider appearance. In general, we would recommend an open approach so the surgeon can identify what is causing the problem and address it appropriately.
