Can a medpor jaw implant be removed? Are there specialists for this?

I have a medpor jaw implant from 2004. I was unhappy with it and now want to have it removed but I understand there are issues with soft tissue damage. Now that there are products for tissue regeneration like Acell's "Matristem", does anybody have experience with using this or similar products to combat tissue damage in medpor removal and if so how have the results been?

Thanks for your help

A link to Acell's product "Matristem" is below if anybody isn't sure what I refer to:

Removing medpore implants is not as easy as silicone, but it can definitely be done. Quite easy when the implant is split in two halves. Good luck (more)
