I have Double Bubble and Breast Tissue fallen of the Implant, what would you reccommend to fix this disfigurement?

I currently have double bubble and breast tissue has fallen off implant due to last operation and am hoping someone may give me some answers or advice as what to do next?

My current breast photos are attached along, please keep in mind I have never had saggy skin. This last operation has left me emotionally and physically scarred and is affecting my everyday life including my family, I really need them to be fixed.

OPERATION 1
19th June 2000 - 250cc Rounded Silicon Implants In front of the Muscle
16th March 2001 - Left Breast Capsulated
25th June 2001 - Right Breast Capsulated

OPERATION 2
4th November 2002 - Bilateral Capsulation Operation for Both Breasts to fix Operation 1.

Boths Implant Removed then Same Implant Inserted again in front of the Muscle

OPERATION 3
16TH NOVEMBER 2010 - Bilateral Capsulation Operation Again to fix both breasts, that had both capsulated and one had erupted.

This time New Implants Inserted Brazilian Silimed at 300-350cc behind the muscle.

This Operation went terrible I was left disfigured again with my left breast riding high up on my chest. I was also informed from Anthesist and orderly at the hospital that I flat lined (died) as my Surgeon had ordered to many sedatives when coming out of operation. The Anthesist had to give me an antidote to revive me.

This Operation left me terribly ill. I cannot go back to the Surgeon who did this to me and I am also scared about having another operation.

What is your advise to me? I am also getting pains in my left breast which I know is not normal.

OPERATION 4

23rd NOVEMBER 2010 - ANOTHER OPERATION TO FIX MY LEFT DISFIGURED BREAST - Results shown in pictures, 2-3 weeks after surgery both skin tissue fell off breast implants

My thought are with you during this time. It appears that you have a skin envelope that is greater that the volume of breast/implant needed to support it so you very well may need a skin (more)

You have a major problem.
This can not be resolved on the internet. You need to be examined and the operative reports reviewd to see what was done, and not done.
Was the capsule removed, (more)
