Is there help for bad lipo on my thighs? I had lipo done twice on my legs, 10 years apart and the second time made it even worse.

I now have what looks a lot like cellulite on my entire thigh area, only instead of small dimples, they are large intentions. I can no longe wear a bathing suit or shorts. It has really affected my life. I read about removing the net underneath the skin to soften the indentions but am not sure who does this procedure or if it really helps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
