Does my plastic surgeon have to fix breast lift, if he made a mistake?

I had a tummy tuck, lipo and breast lift 4 weeks ago, my breasts are different sizes, the surgeon seems to have cut more tissue from the bottom of my right breast, and the scar is an inch under the breast, the left breast is an inch lower than the other, will my surgeon have to fix the problem at no extra cost to me? my tummy tuck and lipo are fantastic, he did a great job on that, its just the breast lift, i live in cyprus and my surgeon is very well known and highly recommended, so i am suprised that this has happened, although i do know that mistakes do happen
