If the broken capillaries are because of poor skin health (more) Hi beauty4me, Great question! Depending on what is causing the broken capillaries will dictate what treatment would best work. If the broken capillaries are because of poor skin health from sun damage/smoking/etc... then I would recommend IPL specifically targeting those vascular lesions. However, if it is something that is forming internally (such as a condition called Osler-Weber-Rendau: I currently am treating a patient with this), it requires a combination of therapy of medication plus extra laser sources.
