Is making the lower half of nose,as in the midvault and tip area,a harder goal to achieve rather than making it narrower?

because of a collapse of left sidewall and tip on the same side,nose appears too narrow-almost half the nose from front.What are the surgical options for correcting it?kindly elaborate on the technical aspects ofthe corrective procedure.Thnx
