Fat Transfer

After a bad nose job I lost all the fat in my cheeks and now look flat and hollow. I am considering a fat transfer to fix this. If for some reason the blood supply was damaged during my nose job which is what cause the fat to die, will the blood supply now be fixed as I know for fat transfer to work it has to gain it's own blood supply? Hope that makes sense?
