non surgical nose job
I am curious about this procedure to hide the bump and possibly raise the tip of my nose. I would like the results to last longer than 8 months which is what I have read about radiesse. My other MAJOR concern is necrosis of the skin, how common that is and how much it has happened with radiesse or artefill. Any information about this would be greatly appreciated! The photo I attached is my nose now, then to the right I photoshopped what I would expect with results, is that a realistic result? would it be possible to raise the tip up at all so it's not pointing down the way it is? sorry for all the questions! Yours is a simple case November 19, 2012 5:43 PM I can tell you that the Non Surgical Nose Job procedure can achieve exactly what you have shown in the Photoshop picture. I did a case just like yours today and I do cases where I have to (more) I can tell you that the Non Surgical Nose Job procedure can achieve exactly what you have shown in the Photoshop picture. I did a case just like yours today and I do cases where I have to camouflage a bump and lift a tip several times a week. I usually use Radiesse at first, as a temporary filler. It lasts about 8 to 12 months. When it dissolves, I like to switch out to Artefill, which is a permanent filler. It takes about 5 sessions to complete the process because Artefill has to be layered in, but the results should last forever. I have done about 3000 cases of Radiesse and about 750 Artefill and I have seen necrosis once. The patient had undergone revision rhinoplasty surgery 5 times, though and her tissues were very fragile. It is undeniable that the risk of the non surgical procedure is orders of magnitude less than surgical rhinoplasty. The key is finding an experienced doctor who understands the procedure. (less) |

August 18, 2011 5:59 PM "Nose job in a bottle" is a procedure I was featured with on "Extra TV" back in 1997. In experienced hands you will have the results as depicted in your photographs.
