What do u think of u get a smas lift then ps tries to fix it by putting in a moncryl suture one stitch into smas layer

i get smas pilication facelift there was no difference so my ps agrees to do correction work by making incisions half way up around the earlobe back and front then inserts one stitch into the smas layer to try and lift jowls this was unsuccessful also.he said his facelifts last 7 years then does this procedure on top with the stitch .i feel his smas lift must have been not performed correctly for him to do this .You get a facelift then u need a thread lift on top how bad is that ?
