rhinoplasty revision

I had an open rhinoplasty to remove a hump and narrow my tip a little. Now I have a nose that sits too for from my face and looks a little short. My nose is crooked, two different nostrils. My left profile looks different from my right profile. I also have two bumps on the side of my nose very close to my eyes. I showed my doctor a picture of how I wanted my nose to look after the surgery. My nose looks nothing like that. Is it possible that I could have the nose I wanted with a revision? Also my bridge is very narrow. is it possible to make it wider? I have a graft on the tip of my nose which is shifted to the left. Do you think is this why my left nostril looks pulled up? It is emotionally draining.
