pixie ear correction with v-y advancement

I had an unsuccessful facelift/necklift and eyelift in Malaysia 18 months ago. I borrowed a further $20000 for a prominent surgeon to correct faulty eyelid surgery and pixie ears (he redid face/neck and lower eyelids) 7 months ago but unfortunately my ears have pulled down again. My only option is to cut my ears and form a short scar on either side. This was done two days ago and the scars are 2cm each side. Unfortunately I cannot see them at this stage as they are under tape until the stitches come out is two days. Does anyone have any photo's of any successful surgeries fixed this way as I have 100's of hours on the internet but cannot find any photo's. Would really appreciate your help as I am absolutely devasted - have already quit my job and am worried my marriage will end.
Thanks x

thanks for the replies.
I've already had the surgery, I would just like it if some doctors or patients could post pictures of patients that have already had the V-y advancement operation, so I can see how successful it is. Photo's that also show the post surgery 3 to 6 months (or more) later would also be very helpful.
