vaser and tickle lipo OR tummy tuck??
tummy tuck

My consultation was about a week ago i'm 22 & my skin is great. I walked in wanting a tummy tuck because i thought it would be better for the results of my tummy( upper half is bigger than lower half + the right lower part is a lot flatter than the left), but the doctor recommended vaser lipo & tickle lipo instead of a tummy tuck. I had vaser lipo when i was 16, bad results as you can see & now i'm trying to fix it. Would it be better to get the tummy tuck or lipo, i'm not sure???

Agree with both Dr Samir/Grossman as for the need to fully understand the exact options. Based upon the posted photos and your desired expectations I believe a full TT with MR is needed. (more)

Please do not take this wrong way, but...have you considered traditional weight loss rather than plastic surgery? I suspect that you could improve the appearance of your core significantly without plastic surgery via a good diet and exercise program. It would be a LOT more work than plastic surgery, but it would be your best option in the long run.

After weight loss, you will likely have some excess abdominal skin and rectus diastasis (i.e., musculofascial laxity). Then, a tummy tuck (with or without adjunctive liposuction, of any sort--don't get lured in by gimmicks) would be a great option.

Please see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a customized evaluation.
