Micro needle roller, is it safe and does it work?

I always thought whenever your skin has been "broken" you are more likely to get infections.

The way these rollers work, they do not penetrate deep enough into the skin to cause any damage. There are some rollers that are for professionals only like the 2.0mm-3.0mm Depth rollers. (more)
