Nerve damage or tight stiches

I am having trouble moving my mouth and have a pulling pain under the chin and into my neck area after a chin implant and neck lift 7 months ago. A neurologist said it is nerve pain, a physiologist said it is because of tight suturing, and a plastic surgeon said it is tight suturing. Another plastic surgeon said he was unsure. I am confused about what to do.
