Dimple after breast lift/augmentation


Im 6 days post op after having a breast lift and augmentation to my right breast and just an augmentation to my left. I told the doctor about it and why he didnt tell me about it he said something about 8 out of 10 people get it and that with time and the cream it will flatten out I don't believe him, I am very upset I hope what he said is true please leave your professional opinions . I tried posting photos but for whatever reason I can't.

I feel the picture makes it look less than it really is but I can put the tip of my finger in it, it covers some of my nail. i couldn't rotate it I apologize in advance.
