Had breast lift/augmentation end of November 2011 and not happy with results. Can you please look at the pictures. It has now been 4 months.

My breasts look extremely deformed and ugly to me. My nipples are an odd shape and the buttom of my breasts are not round at all. Also the sides of my body do not flow with my breasts. Can you please tell me if any of this will change or if I need to have revisional surgery. Also my one breast is much smaller. Pre-Op I was a full 36DD and now I am barely a 36DD. Should I seek a second opinion or just be patient at this point.

Your results looked pretty good early post op, but things do change as swelling goes away and scar tissue contracts. Yes, I would recommend a revision. This should be a pretty easy fix (more)
