considering a thigh and butt lift

Hi would love any advice on this topic. I'm a 46 year old woman I am in good physical shape although I have been heavy during pregnancy gaining 100 pounds my body is 130 pounds now and I work out everyday I had saddle bag fat deposits and larger thighs so I had lipo suction done in Jan, my figure is slimmer however my hip area and butt sag a bit along with the outside of my thighs so I want to know what my best choice is. to correct this. Thank You...

Without pictures it is very difficult to advise you. You may need, from your description, medial thigh lift and buttock lift or you may need a circuferential lift. (more)
