BEST Scar Cream Post Surgey *ADVICE*?

Im 5 weeks post tummy tuck and chest excesion from my operation im a male. Plastic Surgeon gave me the O.K. to start the scar cream. He said Kelo-Cote is the best but i hear differnt storys.... i hear mederma is a cheap and better soultion out, i hear Scar Away is good and i heard Scar Guard is good.... all diffeernt options..... i have no idea which one to choose for my treatment...any advice on which one delivers best results on fresh surgery scars?
