When it comes to results, it makes no difference which machine is used! I can achieve the same results with any of the machines. When it comes to complications, the more energy provided by the machine (such as in laser lipo and ultrasonic lipo machines) the more complications.
It is not the machine that gives you nice results, it's the surgeon behind the machine. Liposuction is an art. It is a very 3 dimensional sculpting procedure. The machine used makes NO difference to your results, but can increase your likelihood of complications.

Best to research yourself. There are so many options hard to expound here on the net. But I have been doing liposuction since 1984. And have seen all the differing types. I use most for different issues of the type of fat, location, planned results. My #1 combination is the Smart Lipo Triplex + lipo. Next I use Smart Lipo Triplex + Body Jet for larger amounts of removal. If doing male breasts, thicker backs, buffalo humps, very fibrosis fatty areas I prefer Vaser or ultrasonic with Some Smart lipo. The PAL use used infrequently as is this "tickle lipo" (not very impressive). Cool lipo is a poor copy of the Smart lipo platform. While Vaser is the "weak" sister f the original ultrasonic lipo system. Noe "HD Vaser" is high definition Vaser a marketing term ONLY. So which is best. There are no BESTS only the experience of the surgeon and his/her availability of most types of lips in their practices. (less)
