Arm Lift, Brachioplasty, Reduction

I have had a arm lift (short scar under armpit) back in Sept 4. The reason was because of bat wings with resulted on weight and prior lipo. 8 month after the procedure I still have an annoying winging which make me very upset. The surgeon is willing to do a revision on my arms and legs (which I am not happy with either) with minimal cost to me. My question to the professionals out there - have you had good results when a revision is needed? What kinds of questions should I ask my surgeon before I go forward with this? Thanks
