Your nose looks very good for just 3 weeks after the surgery, and it will improve as the time goes by, with less swelling, and the tip may drop just a little more, as the nostrils show (more)

You don't have a "pig nose"

You don't have a "pig nose". A pig nose is when the base of the nose is rotated upward so much, one can see right into the nostrils in frontal view. So there is no excess or undue upward rotation to the base of your nose.
Nostrils are the nose HOLES. Your nose holes are round but don't look big. In fact they look smaller than your prior nose holes. Your alar rims (which you call "nostrils"--they are not the nostrils) would be no thicker than prior and hence not 'fatter' either.

Your new nose looks like a gazillion times BETTER than prior. Maybe you are just used to an aesthetically displeasing nose (prior nose), that at this point in time, it might be hard for you to appreciate the improvement you now have right now on your face.

What ever swelling you have, will subside with time. It can take up to a year for most swelling to subside. But still, what ever you have on their now is going to look tons better to most people when comparing it to your prior nose.
