substance injected into the nose
rhinoplasty

I have my nose injected with silicon or collagen I'm not quite sure last 2003. It went alright all these years but last year when I pinched my nose so hard, I didn't realize that the substance went into my skin layer and the top of my nose appears inflammed and has this irregularity in skin tone. I don't know what to do, and where to start. can someone please help me on how to fix this or even make it unnoticeable. It's killing my confidence and social life.

it does sound like silicone. it can be treated in experience hands with 5% 5fu + 1% Kenalog injected precisely in the spot. Just be careful when anyone injects your nose! AWK
