platysmaplasty???
platysmaplasty

I am a 20 year old female considering a neck lift. I dont know if this would fix my problem or not. I dont have 'bands' or excess skin and I am pretty sure its not just fat. My neck just doesnt have a real angle to it. It just sort of slopes out towards my chin. I dont want a chin implant but I dont know if this is something that can be fixed in someone my age? What are scars like for this type of surgery? Is it worth it?

I dont have any photos of ME right now but I found this online. I'm probably between 'grade II' and 'grade III'

You need to submit proper photos (you can conceal your eyes for anonymity) for any kind of reasonable opinion. Frontal and lateral (side) views especially. (more)
