i had rhinoplasty 4 months ago. the left side has not been healing correctly.
rhinoplasty

I recently noticed a tickle under my left eye kind of in the corner. Today while looking in the mirror I saw that it twitched when I sniffed in and that is when it tickles. It doesn't even feel like the skin has reattached to the bone in that side either. Is this normal? Could he have possibly punctured my sinus cavity and caused this?

A twitch and tickle is not an indication of a problem or punctures sinus.
