Very hard to determine even with the posted photos. An in person examination is needed. But my guess is lipo. (more)

Its difficult to tell, but at most, it would be lipo or nothing at all.

Hard to tell from the photos. As far as I can see, your problem is mostly the inner thighs. Difficult area for lipo because it can leave you with ptotic (droopy) skin to inner thigh area. WIth thigh lift, there is an 'inner thigh' lift where they lipo but lift the area. You need to consult with docs who do a LOT of thigh lifts as someone who does a lot of them can make a judgement call. You can find docs who do those types of lifts by looking for "post bariatric" surgery which is surgery done to patients who have lost a lot of weight.

According to Joseph Capella MD (who does a lot of this type of surgery), the technique used on patients who have hanging skin who have lost a lot of weight, is basically similar to thigh lift surgery people get who have ptotic areas there but for whom are not post bariatric patients.
