Is it common for one breast to feel like it gets swollen occasionally and stay that way for months at a time?

My right breast implant the Surgeon said isn't "deep enough" and he would redo the surgery at no charge however I didn't want to go under the knife again so I opted not to. Now however it seems to be feeling Full and I still have to massage it unlike my left breast that healed quickly. Is a second surgery really what I have to do or is there anything else I can try? Any suggestions?

The breast should not go through so many changes. Something is going on. Let your surgeon explore, exchange the implant and possibly even let the implant stay out for a while.
