Butt Implant Removal

I am considering having my implants removed as they are not symetrical and one of the causes me pain. In hindsight, I would not have had them put in if I knew that fat grafting was going to be option(I had them done about 20yrs ago). I am thinking about having them removed and was wondering how painful this was. I remember when I had them put in - it was excrutiating (unbelievably painful) I regret it. I am thinking of having them removed and having fat grafting done at the same time. I have read that some doctors recommend waiting to a few months after the removal to have the fat grafting done. I have also read that some have had it done in the same procedure. Can someone please shed light on this for me. I would appreciate any information. Thank you.
