Will my insurance company pay for abdominal muscle repair?
tummy tuck

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome hyper-mobility type. The muscles in my abdomen are in need of repair. In reading up on the tummy tuck procedure I have read about how important the abdominal muscles are to the proper functioning of the body. My tendons and ligaments are losing their stretchyness due to the EDS. My muscles work overtime because they are doing part of the job of the tendons and ligaments. I have chronic bursitis in my right hip and at any given time one or the other of my legs is longer than the other one because my hip joints are so loose. I have shoulder pain all the time and one should that tends to sublux quite a bit. I am wondering if because of the underlying condition of EDS will fixing those abdominal muscles help and will insurance cover the cost for the same reason. Thank you for your time?
