What should I do about dog ears I got after my Tummy tuck surgery?

I had a Tummy tuck March 2012. The Surgeon didn't take it quite far enough on the sides and now I have 2 dog ears, excess skin. My Surgeon said I would have to go back in to have more taken off, sounds like he doesn't want to do it. I don't like the look and spent all that money. Should I go to another Surgeon. I don't really want to put out any more money but I would like it done right. Should my Surgeon do it for free. I also had to go back for surgery a few weeks later cause it started to open up. He fixed that but it cost almost as much as my surgery. I refuse to pay as I believe it was the Surgeons fault. What are my options.thank you.
