Is it better to have a facelift, eyelids and browlift separate from the nose? (I also have deviated septum.)

My personal preference is to do the septo-rhinoplasty as a separate procedure with an approx. minimum 6 week window. (more)

Each of these procedures requires finness and time to excute properly and requires time.
Face, eyes, and forehead in one procedure. the nose,rhinoplasty another procedure (more)

The surgeon who would do the nose does not want to do the nose simultaneously because of long anesthesia period required and swelling. The two surgeons work together.
