So steps to get my self better

Here is the deal, many people say that I am rather fetching creature, but when I take pictures all I see is just a creature. Obviously the camera can't really lie, but it's not really good at being able to show off depth as much as one hopes, well good thing my face doesn't have much depth, or much skeletal structure or much of anything really.

The orthodontist says I have borderline vertical maxillary excess, but that he doesn't recommend a corrective surgery via max fax surgeon since it is so slight. However I still feel that it is a problem due to a weak midface.

Is this due to unnecessary flab? (mind you I was a resounding size 4, with this problem) Weak bone structure? Loose skin?Something wanky is going on with my lips and teeth, so I thought perhaps bad mandible and teeth. ( the dentist did note that my teeth flared inward, though I am personally doubtful that is the only reason why things look the way they look.
