Normal results 3wks po for FTT and skin removal on back?

After a 95lb weight loss 5 years ago, I had a FTT, breast lift, and skin removal from my back. My surgeon removed 4 pounds from my belly and 2 pounds from my back. He had some difficulty with my back because of so much "floppy skin". My stomach is lumpy on the left side and I still have loose skin causing bumps on my right side back and on the side of my right breast (this side had more skin pre-op. Will this "settle in" over time? I'm a bit disappointed because that side still has a significant "love handle". Can a revision be done without general anesthesia (i.e. in office)?
