I am well over a month post co2 Laser resurfacing and my skin is not healed

Please can someone help me, all the advice I keep getting from the doctor doctors who did my face are contradicting. I keep getting told within a week i will be better then a week passes and I still have laser marks all over my skin and they keep saying 'don't worry' but I am 25 year old girl facing possible scaring for life and I can't not worry, You can see all the laser marks all over my face and nothing is helping, i am using brightening serum, and steroid and teropline but nothing is taking these marks away, please somebody give me some advice, even if its bad news I just need to know what I am dealing with so I can plan my next course of action, I can't keep listening to nonsense from the doctors who are trying to saving their own skin.
